Our team of trades are seasoned professionals, many of which have been with us since our foundation, and we always encourage the designer to view the property for inspiration. We take the fairest and most cost-effective approach to building homes. We follow the ‘Management Fee’ contract approach, which ensures that the total cost of a project is not subject to an added percentage fee to the client.
